Role of the School Counselor:
Our passion is empowering students by building relationships and equipping them to reach their academic, social, and post-secondary goals.
Academics:
Counselors work with students and collaborate with staff and families to advocate for each student’s academic success.
Personal/Social:
Counselors support the developmental milestones of adolescents. Counselors partner with students and families to support young people at a critical time in their lives.
Post-Secondary:
Counselors work alongside students in their journey towards a successful transition from high school to post-secondary life. This process includes self-investigation, exploration of options, and creation of an individual plan.
